EROMANGA – Eromanga Natural History Museum. Twilight Science Session: Behind the Scenes at ENHM

Join us for a special Queensland Dinosaur Week twilight event at the Eromanga Natural History Museum, featuring PhD candidate Shauni Tighe. Over cocktails and conversation, Shauni will share insights into her research exploring the vital role of volunteers in the palaeontological world — including what volunteering looks like behind the scenes at ENHM.

From fossil preparation labs to fieldwork and community science, discover how passionate citizen scientists help drive real discovery. The evening may also venture into the fascinating and unexpected world of Myxomycetes (slime moulds), offering a glimpse into the diverse research and deep-time stories unfolding at Australia’s Fossil Frontier. An engaging, thought-provoking evening connecting science, community and discovery in the heart of Outback Queensland.
